Service Description

The DSM-5 makes up the greater part of the full ADHD Assessment process required to diagnose and medicate those with ADHD. If you want clarity without the pills or the label, this will give you a letter to submit with further evidence to a diagnostician for medication, or simply to gain a likely explanation for your symptoms so you can take appropriate alternative action to help your ADHD without medication or to pursue other explanations for your symptoms. **PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS NOT A COMPLETE ADHD ASSESSMENT ON ITS OWN. IT FORMS PART OF THE FULL DIAGNOSIS PROCESS FOR A CONFIRMED ADHD DIAGNOSIS. A DEFINITE DIAGNOSIS (IN ORDER TO OBTAIN MEDICATION) WILL REQUIRE A DIAGNOSTICIAN CONSULT.**
